Overall objective

Increase awareness of community and disability family in Turkey on positive effects of European Union process and make the people with disabilities to appropriate the EU process in Turkey.

 

Specific objectives

-Analysing the perception of people with Disabilities in Turkey to EU process from the aspect of disability rights

-To demonstrate the potential positive effects of EU process on disability rights to people with disability

-To promote collaboration between EU and Turkish Disability CSO’s

- Better understanding in Turkey on  point of view of disability CSO’s and people with disability to EU process

- To demonstrate the potential contribution of EU  to all stakeholders in disability field in Turkey with examples

-Better cooperation Disability CSO’s in Turkey and EU

-Kick off meeting

-Partners Strategy meeting

-Quantitative analysis on perception and expectations of disability CSO’s on EU.

-Qualitative analysis on perception and expectations of disability CSO’s on EU.

-Develop report on policy and mechanisms of EU on disability.

-Develop reports on influence of EU on lives of people with disabilities in 3 European countries( Italy-founder member, Romania-new member, Turkey–candidate)

-Regional meetings targeting disability CSO’s in 7 provinces

-Establishing Network Between Disability CSO’s of EU and Turkey.

-Other Dissemination Activities (web site, posters, brochures, social media, awareness film, )
